Self-Healing Lifestyles is a signature system Monica McGuire created in 1999 to assist people as a Health Coach, speaker and Teacher.  Be Well, Age Well, Live Well with Lifestyles based on 40 years of helping people maintain and regain Health, Self-Healing Energy, and Youthfulness.

Essentially, SHL’s makes it easier for people to understand and implement very simple, small changes in any of 18 easy to remember Self-Healing Lifestyle areas, which decreases pain and illness while “Expanding on the Health we Have.”

The Audiences and Coaching Clients best served are those who know they need or want to take further steps to get healthier, but haven’t so far taken those steps on their own. Those who like the idea of getting help that feels like someone is “Holding their Hand to Health” by investing one “Health Hour” per week, personally or in a group or class…

Self-Healing Lifestyle Subjects offered via Monica McGuire:

Total, Lasting Hydration  ~  A multipart weekly or biweekly class over 3 months, with an available bonus weekly phone Q&A open coaching session, and a follow-up meeting/celebration at the end of 3 months.

Note: Karl Maret, MD, also has a multi-part “Science of Water” set of talks.  He would consider adding his talks, too, at some point, which can help to solidify the needed excitement to follow through on plans to keep taking the steps needed to become hydrated.

“Delicious Cycles” to Expanding on the Health that We Have  ~  How small actions to restore health balance create a “Delicious Cycle” (my term ~ defined as the opposite of a ‘vicious cycle’) so that people can feel better and choose to do another small action to feel better still.

Women’s Intimate Health as a Fountain of Youth  ~  This is the most uproarious and the most in-depth, heartfelt (and groundbreaking) work that I do.  I have done men’s intimate health work as well, which could also work into being a great class separately.
